As the Route Wrangler at Value Added Packaging, I have several duties from scheduling deliveries to ensuring quality product is delivered on time and handling all the steps in between. While I may not be upfront and personal with the customer The Route Wrangler does a lot of behind the scenes work with our Customer Service Team to keep the line of communication open and to hear the voice of the customer. I collaborate with manufacturing and assembly to ensure the product will be ready according to the customer specs and then coordinate between my Logistics Team and our Drivers to schedule deliveries per the customer request. The Route Wrangler is not a standalone man, without the help of all Team Members I wouldn’t be able to do my job.

Our Team makes sure our product is prepared per customer spec to meet (or exceed) VAP’s already high standards. Our customers are our primary concern, so we prep and deliver product with care to guarantee 100% satisfaction. When things don’t go as planned we are geared to change course to minimize the customer’s impact.
